Crash course for adult formation: This 3h module is intended for future trainers who will give the different modules during the weekend, evening or training week organized by the commission. It is based on the principles of training FSEA (Swiss Federation for Continuing Education) and CEMEA (Training Center for Active Pedagogy Methods). It consists in giving participants the essential tools to train adults, adapted to the context of the training program designed by the commission. The following topics will be discussed: exchange within a community of practice, didactics for dummies, pedagogical attitudes and maieutics. With less “scholarly” words, it is a matter of conceptualizing the differences between knowledge, know-how and well-being for those who assume the role of trainer.

Warm Up and Stretching: this basis module addresses both theoretically and practically the subject of warming up: definition, objectives, structure, variants, etc., as well as, to a lesser extent, stretching. The modules mixes general principles and specific examples, while considering experiences and discussions among participants, in order to bring to everyone concrete elements to prepare and leads this key-moment of a physical activity like HEMA.

HEMA fundamentals and sources: presentation to come
First Aid: Although applying Security module’s recommendations are the foremost keys to prevent injury, we coudn’t ignore how to handle an unfortunate event. This module will gives the animator the basic knowledge to provide first aid and assistance in case of an accident. Focused on diagnosis, the animator will be able to react accordingly and quickly to most common injuries.

Please indicate clearly in the form when you will be present (meals, overnight) so that we can organize the logistics.

This first weekend, in French-speaking Switzerland, will be entirely given in French. The equivalent in German will take place in German-speaking Switzerland on 21-22 September 2019. Nevertheless, everyone is welcome, regardless of their language.

Closing of registrations: March 24, 2019. Only those who have paid will be definitively registered.
